Modern business demands that everyone be prepared to lead at any given moment. In improvisation the same principle applies, only our view of leadership is seen as being more collaborative than authoritative.
Through our leadership training workshops, we work with your organization to understand the challenges your leaders face, the level of experience they have and the skills they need to be successful. One workshop may do it (but in case you’re really struggling) we can provide a series of programs that meet your needs from the programs below or through a customized approach built just for you.
Collaborative Leadership
We can help any level of leader learn how to find new ways to engage, motivate and develop their teams. By aligning participants’ leadership styles to the three main roles in improvisation – initiator, supporter and directors – the group can learn to better adapt their approach to a more ensemble oriented leadership style and get more out of the people they lead.
Coaching and Feedback
Compliment any coaching model with the improv skills of “yes, and” and creating a culture of support. In this workshop, you’ll gain skills that will help you better engage, motivate and empower your team through effective coaching conversations and regular feedback.
Change Leadership
Learn how to better navigate yourself and your team through changing circumstances. In this workshop, practice responding quickly in the moment, thinking on your feet and making confident decisions when responding to change. In addition to improving your own skills and understanding of how you manage change, you’ll focus on how to anticipate and respond effectively to the needs of your team when responding to short-term or long-term changes.
