Our Custom Scenic Workshops bring real-world situations to life to enhance the discussion and learning points around your training agenda. This is a fully customized program combining scenes, discussion and skill-building exercises. The scenes will be created through collaboration with you and will provide relevant and authentic representations of common situations that the audience experiences in their daily lives. This is also a great way to show consequences of right and wrong workplace behaviors.

Although we will collaborate with you to build the specific model, a rough outline would look something like the following:

• Our program will be based around 3 custom-written scenes, performed by our actors.These are so fun for the audience to watch (and hilarious) but also tee-up some learning points and discussion.
• After each scene, we will open up discussion, either in small groups or within the larger group, on the key issue presented. In some instances, we will ask participants to re-play these scenes with one another or with our actors, so they can experience being in someone else position.
• Through our discovery process, we will identify the takeaways that you want the group focused on. We will use these points to script the key questions we will pose to the audience, creating an interactive and relevant learning experience
• In between each scene/discussion “module” we will also have the group build skills such as listening, communication and collaboration.
